Being part and parcel of the nature we need to live our life in harmony with the nature and in accord with the various changes that take place in the Mother Nature. This is the key to remain healthy and happy life. There are general principals of good, ideal way of lifestyle which can be useful for entire humanity.

Some of the very useful lifestyle sequential guidelines are as follows-
Awaken at Brahmamuharta - Getting up 48 minutes before the sunrise.
Mala-vega- purging of bowels with ease and complete evacuation.
Dantadhawan-cleaning of the teeth with herbs formulation which helps in removal of dental tartar and plaque, prevents gingivitis, loosening of tooth, bad breath.
Jihva-nirlekhan-tongue cleaning with sticks of Neem, Karanja or scraper made from gold, sliver, copper.
Gandush-dhaaran-holding oil, milk or medicated decoctions or simple plain warm water in the mouth which helps in strengthens the jaw, improves the quality of voice and cracking of lips, keeps the teeth deep rooted, prevents dryness of the throat, prevents teeth sensitivity, allows teeth to chew hard substances.
Early morning drinking of water- Ideal time would be prior to sunrise which helps one achieves good health and balances all the three doshas and it is very useful in hemorrhoids, swelling, fever, indigestion, diseases of skin.
Shaving, cutting nails, and hair cut on regular intervals benefits one with physical purity, longevity, and luster to the personality.
Vyayaam-exercise helps to increase the stability and strength of the body. If done in the right quantity in proper manner according to one’s constitution, climate, geographical consideration, kind of food and time of eating and age, gives lightness, stability, endurance, balance of all the three doshas, improve digestion.
Abhyanga-oiling or massage of body with appropriate oil is anti-aging, reduce tiredness, controls vata dosha, improves eye sight, aids quality sleep and improves complexion and luster. Shiroabhyang i.e. head massage done daily will help alleviate headache, hair fall, early graying of hair, improves sleep, and health of sensory organs. Oiling of ears prevents ear ache, ear noise, neck stiffness, jaw stiffness and prevents deafness. Foot massage prevents roughness, lack of sensation and lack of sensation. It also is good for eyes and vata diseases of legs.
Udgharshan by herbs mixed in oils is useful in pacifying vata, open the pores of the skin, improves the strength and functioning of the skin, give lightness, removes toxins from the skin, destroys itching and helps in melting of excess fats.
Snanam –bathing is necessary for cleanliness of the body and purity of mind is not possible without taking bath. Bathing helps minimize insomnia, tiredness, burning sensation, sweating, itching, thirst, good for heart, best to remove toxins, stimulates all the sensory organs, removes dizziness, helps feeling of satiation or satisfaction, improves quality of blood, improves digestion/metabolis.
Anjan is herbal extract administered in eyes improves the eyesight and beauty, protection from pollution and sunshine, as well as prevention of eye disease.
Nasya is Nasal installation of oil, ghee helps prevention of diseases in head area, ears, nose, and throat, protects from getting cough, prevents prematurely graying of hairs and hair loss, useful in neck stiffness, headache, stiffness of neck or jaw, sinusitis, strengthens the muscles, ligaments in head region, Improves quality of complexion and speech.
Application of Aromatic perfume and garlands enhances virility, longevity, strength, and is nourishing and enhances prosperity.
Pooja- Rirtuals as per the belief systems.
Daily work and timely meals with dinner before sunset is the best way of scheduling the routine.
At night proper bedding and clothing as per the climate is explained in very detail. Also the frequency, procedure, means to enjoy and enhance the pleasure of sexual indulgence for a couple is explained in a very scientific manner.
